スポンジボールで練習
週末しかテニスが出来ない私は、平日の練習の一つとしてスポンジボール打つ練習を取り入れています。
打つといっても、マンションの駐車場通路スペースを使って、
壁打ちしたり、息子とミニストロークをしたりです。
それでも、打ったボールの回転や軌道を確認するには結構良い練習になっていると思います。
ワンバウンド後の軌道もなかなか本格的です。
一応スポンジボールなので、マンションの壁にぶつけても全然大丈夫ですが、
車や人が近づいてきてないか細心の注意をしながらやっています。子供だけではやらせません。
さすがに雨の日や風の強い日は練習できませんが、
平日に少しでもボールを打つ感覚を身につけておきたい人にはオススメだと思います。

よく使います。しっかり打たないと飛ばない感じだから、いいですよね。

思わず「いいなぁ～。」と思って、たどっていってしまいました。
しかも、「どんなもんだろう？」と思って、カウンタを自分のところにもつけてみてしまいました。

私もムキになって打っているので、スポンジがすぐにボロボロになっちゃいます＾＾；
おっしゃるとおり、ジュニアたちは何もやっても呑み込みが早いですよね。
やはりショートクロスとかミニラリーには効果がありそうですね。スポンジ。
カウンターは、私もnaokiさんのブログに付いていたのを見て、マネしちゃいました。
こうやって自分のブログにデコレーションが増えていくのも楽しいですよね。
でも、自分の管理メニューにあるアクセスログの値とカウンターの値がどうしてもずれちゃうですよ。
まぁいいんですけどね（単純）
他にもいろいろ出来ないかなぁって試行錯誤しています。
気がつきませんでした・・・
うちにも息子が始めた時に購入したものがあります！
これなら息子と家の前でも出来そうです！
意外とラリーも続くのでいい練習になると思いますよー。息子さんと是非。
ジュニアの最初の頃の練習にはスポンジボールが一番良いと思いますね。
